What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify your therapist at least 24 hours before your appointment date if you cannot attend. Last minute cancellations or no-call, no-show appointments will be financially responsible for the time they have reserved.
Do you take teen clients or just adults?
We work with both teenage and adult clients! Parents—please keep in mind that while we are happy to update you on general progress when asked, we are unable to disclose specifics due to therapist-client confidentiality.
Do you take insurance?
We do work with a few insurance providers that you can check here. If you don’t see your provider, we are happy to provide you with an itemized superbill that you may be able to submit to your insurance company for an out-of-network claim. If you need help navigating this, e-mail us for assistance.

If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency please call 911. We want you to get the help that you need ASAP.
